Plasdŵr’s lead developer, Redrow Homes, is a leader in creating communities where people can live better lives.

Redrow is building homes in Parc Plymouth, Cae St Fagans and Cwrt St Ioan. Bellway is responsible for the Rhiwlas site.

As work on Plasdŵr progresses, additional developers will come on board to create distinct areas of individual character and homes in styles and designs to suit all needs.
